Step 2:  Write down or copy your Discounted Registration code if applicable for use on the payment page of registration. Please note that there is NO code used for member registration. Attendees who choose the member rate must be a member in good standing by April 10th or be charged the non-member rate to pick up conference badge onsite. Cancellation Policy for Delegates:
Delegate Registrations are transferrable if registered person is unable to attend. All cancellation requests must be received in writing via email to registration@countyengineers.org
• If the NACE Annual Conference is completely cancelled due to any reason and no virtual option is available, all attendees will receive a full refund.
• Cancellations received on or before Friday, March 13th, will receive a full refund, minus a $100 processing fee.
• Cancellations received between Friday, March 13th and Friday, April 10th will receive a 50% refund.
• No refunds will be given for cancellations received after Friday, April 10th.
• No Shows- If you do not cancel in writing by April 10, and do not attend, no refund will be granted.
Refunds on cancellations before March 13th will be processed within 7 days. All refunds after March 21st will be processed AFTER the conference to the original payment
