The NACE 2026 Annual Conference will be held at the Loews Arlington Hotel and Convention Center, with additional sleeping rooms available at the Live! by Loews, both located in the heart of the Arlington Entertainment District. These two premier hotels are connected via a sky bridge and are steps away from Texas Live!, Globe Life Field, and AT&T Stadium.

Room Rate: $249 per night (plus applicable taxes and fees)

Reservation Eligibility:
Conference hotel reservations will open December 15, 2025.
You must be registered for the NACE 2026 Annual Conference in order to reserve a hotel room within the official NACE room block. If you register before December 15, you will receive an email with the link to register on December 15. If you register on or after December 15, your confirmation will include a link to book your hotel room at the special NACE attendee rate.

Buyer Beware – Housing Scams Alert

Please beware of unauthorized housing companies or individuals who may contact you claiming to offer lower rates at NACE 2026 hotels. These groups are not affiliated with NACE and are not authorized to make reservations on behalf of the conference.

Booking through unofficial sources may result in lost deposits, hidden fees, or no hotel reservations at all.
Official NACE housing is available only through the secure booking link provided after completing your conference registration.
