Cancellation Policy for Delegates:
Delegate Registrations are transferrable if registered person is unable to attend. All cancellation requests must be received in writing via email to registration@countyengineers.org
• If the NACE Annual Conference is completely cancelled due to any reason and no virtual option is available, all attendees will receive a full refund.
• Cancellations received on or before Friday, March 13th, will receive a full refund, minus a $100 processing fee.
• Cancellations received between Friday, March 13th and Friday, April 10th will receive a 50% refund.
• No refunds will be given for cancellations received after Friday, April 10th.
• No Shows- If you do not cancel in writing by April 10, and do not attend, no refund will be granted.
Refunds on cancellations before March 13th will be processed within 7 days. All refunds after March 21st will be processed AFTER the conference to the original payment
