No Suitcasing Policy
Suitcasing and outboarding are strictly prohibited during the NACE 2026 Annual Conference and Trade Show. Suitcasing refers to soliciting business without being a contracted exhibitor. All ticketed special events are for registered attendees and their guests only. Badges are required for admission to meeting rooms, the Exhibit Hall, and General Session area as well as offsite venues up on request. Outboarding refers to hosting competing events during conference hours. Violators may be removed without refund and barred from future participation.
