Congrats Todd Kinney! New South Central Region Vice President
Todd is replacing Derin Campbell, who is no longer with Boone County, Missouri. We thank Derin for his service as VP and chair of the Structures Committee. As a regional VP, Todd will serve as a member of the Executive Committee. Todd has served as the Clinton County Engineer for the past 16 years. Prior, he was employed by Shive-Hattery Engineers and Architects for 7 years. Todd has been an active NACE member since 2001. He was recognized as the NACE Rural County Engineer of the Year in 2015. For the past 3 years, Todd has chaired the Pavement Preservation Committee, of which he has been a member for 5 years. You’ll recall that Todd chaired the NACE 2013 Annual Conference, which was held in Des Moines, Iowa. He has also participated on the Safety, Structures and Conference Selection Committees. Todd is also active in the Iowa County Engineers Association (ICEA), having served as Past President in 2013, President in 2012, Vice President in 2011, Secretary in 2010, and representative to the Executive Board from 2005-2008.
