All technical sessions, general sessions, business meeting and exhibit hall activities will take place at the Buffalo Niagara Convention Center. Hospitality rooms and the Annual Banquet will be held at the Hyatt Regency.

NACE will contract with local hotel(s) to accommodate the convention participants. There are several housing agencies that promote themselves to exhibitors and attendees as an official contractor with NACE. They solicit companies for rooms that are outside of our official housing block. Attendees have experienced major problems with these firms in the past regarding confirmation of rooms and deposits. These companies claim to have lower prices and special perks, but they are not affiliated with NACE or the NACE Conference in any way. Please note that any solicitations for housing will come directly from NACE. Please know that NACE does NOT provide your contact information to anyone other than current exhibitors. NACE is not responsible for any reservations made with these outside companies.
