Exhibitor Services Kit- coming in February

Book your hotel room- coming soon. The official exhibitor hotel is the SpringHill Suites by Marriott at the Wharf (next to the Event Center where the indoor portion of the exhibit show is located). The room rate is $199-$229 depending on the view you choose. 

Upcoming Critical Dates
March 8             Hotel Cut-off Date for SpringHill Suites
March 30           Deadline to turn in Ads for printed conference program- Spec sheet (this is from 2022- but the ad specs will be the same- and updated one will be available in January)
April 17             Hours TBD for move-in
April 18             Indoor exhibit show with lunch and happy hour; outdoor Equipment Show & Tailgate Event (evening)
